The oak is beautifully finished and feels incredibly solid—it doesn't wobble at all. I love how the brass hook gives me a place to hang my tea towel while I cook.

The brass footrest is what sold me, and it hasn't tarnished or dulled a bit after a couple months of daily use at our kitchen island. The oak is sturdy enough that it doesn't wobble even on tile.

The solid oak has a nice weight to it and doesn't wobble, even on my uneven kitchen tile. That little brass hook under the seat is surprisingly handy for hanging a dish towel. Been using it daily for a couple months now and it's holding up great.
